“Dead Souls” received 1.5 million rubles in a children's neuropsychiatric boarding school in Krasnoyarsk

In Krasnoyarsk, 3 nurses were fictitiously arranged in a children's neuropsychiatric boarding school. This was told in the prosecutor's office of the region.
Employees of the department checked the budget of the regional PNI Sunflower and found out that the leadership organized a fictitious employment.
The director of the boarding school and the head of the intensive observation department hired three nurses for half a time supposedly in external compoundation. The documents indicated that employees looked after children 4 hours a day and conducted reports. In fact, ghostly nurses never went to work, although the staff in the boarding school lacked. Over the year, “dead souls” received 1.5 million rubles from the budget as a salary.
“While the“ employees ”were cooling somewhere aside, real children were left without proper care,” concluded in the prosecutor's office.
The regions reported on the initiation of a criminal case on the fact of abuse of authority related to the fictitious employment of employees of the institution (part 1 of article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
