In 2025, Airbus also registered 1,000 gross orders, including: canceled, from 57 customers. Net orders were 889, including 49 Airbus A220s, 656 A320s, 100 A330neos and 193 A350s. Two A330 MRTT machines have also been ordered.

At the end of December 2025, the total number of orders placed with Airbus increased to a record level of 8,754 aircraft. The number of orders for wide-body aircraft was also record-breaking – at the end of last year. amounted to 1,124 copies.

“The year saw several breakthrough deliveries and the arrival of new operators of the A220, A321XLR, A330neo and A350-1000 aircraft in all regions of the world,” Airbus said. He added that it also won further orders from existing and “key new” customers in the narrow-body and wide-body aircraft segments.

In mid-June 2025, LOT Polish Airlines announced that they would purchase a new fleet of aircraft for regional connections from Airbus. The contract covers the delivery of 40 A220 aircraft in the -100 and -300 versions, and its total value is approximately USD 9 billion. The first plane is to join the LOT fleet by mid-2027, and deliveries are to last until 2031. The contract includes an option to purchase another 44 machines of this type. Airbus's competitor in this tender was the Brazilian Embraer.
