Ana-Maria Geană, who from Monday, October 6, is a state counselor for Romanians everywhere in the Presidential Administration, has been working with President Nicușor Dan since he was mayor of Bucharest.
Geană became the counselor of Nicușor Dan in 2021, one year after his arrival at the Capital City Hall. From January 2021 to July 2023, Ana-Maria Geană was also a counselor at the Prime Minister's Chancellery (during this period there were two premiers: Florin Cîțu and Nicolae Ciuca).
