More than 1.5 thousand Krasnoyarsk residents will go from emergency housing until 2028

In the next three years, more than 1.5 thousand Krasnoyarsk residents will move from emergency housing to new apartments or receive compensation. This was reported in the city hall.

People got into the regional address program “Transfer of citizens from the emergency housing fund in the Krasnoyarsk Territory” for 2025-2028. It is approved by a decree of the regional government. In total, the list of 234 capital facilities in different cities and the village of Territory, 44 of them in Krasnoyarsk. Most of the buildings were recognized as emergency back in 2017.

“Work on these houses began. This year we will begin to resettle 16 buildings: on the streets of Kutuzov, Army, Krasnopresnenskaya, Sverdlovsk, Energetiki, Schushumskaya, Chisinau and Lviv. Their inhabitants have long been waiting for the move. The assessment of the premises was carried out, in the near future the purchase of apartments and the payment of funds to owners will begin, ”said Sergey Shikunov, deputy head of the city, head of the city planning department.

Next year, the resettlement of 14 houses is planned. Almost everyone is located on Krasnopresnenskaya Street. Some buildings are over 80 years old. They began to be erected during the Great Patriotic War, namely in 1942.

“We have been living in this house for 30 years, I received an apartment on Krasnopresnenskaya for tens of years of work at a cement plant. Our apartment is good, but very cold. Near the garage, the basement, we spent water and equipped the shower. I am constantly freezing. We are really waiting for resettlement. They would like to get new housing on the right bank, ”said a resident of the emergency house No. 10 on. Krasnopresnenskaya Olga Ivchenko.

In addition, in 2027 it is planned to resettle another 14 houses, most of them are on the right bank. In just 3 years, they will move to new apartments or receive monetary compensation for 1,677 residents of the city. For these purposes, more than 2 billion 650 million rubles were allocated from the federal and regional budgets.
