The government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory determined the minimum contributions for the overhaul of the common property of apartment buildings for 2026-2028. Their size It grew, which is explained, among other things, the rise in the cost of building materials.
9 different tariffs will still operate in the region, depending on the territorial location, the number of storeys of the house and the presence or absence of elevators. The new dimensions of the contributions are designed for each group.
So, For apartment buildings, three floors and above, equipped with elevators, the contribution is set in the amount of:
- In 2026 – 17.9 rubles per sq. meter;
- In 2027 – 23.3 rubles per sq. meter;
- In 2028 – 25.6 rubles per sq. meter.
The published resolution also provides for a deadline for the establishment of contributions – until October 1 of the year preceding the next three -year period.
“The amount of the contribution is determined taking into account the estimated cost of services and overhaul work, as well as taking into account inflation in construction and related sectors. This is the minimum tariff, mandatory for accumulating funds for major repairs, regardless of how the house accumulates money – in the regional capital repairs fund or in a special account of the house. The law allows a change in the amount of the contribution if residents decide at the general meeting. But it should be no less than the minimum established by the government, ”Yuri Shestopalov, deputy minister of construction and housing and communal services of the region, commented.
He recalled that pThe rogram of overhaul of apartment buildings in the region has been operating since 2014. Moreover, in the first years of its implementation, while the mechanisms were worked out, the remains of funds were annually accumulated on the accounts of the regional fund. In this regard, the annual indexation of contributions was carried out only within the inflation.
“To date, the pace and volume of work on major repairs apartment buildings Significantly increased, the Krasnoyarsk Territory is in the top three in the country according to the total number of capital repairs of houses, as well as in the number of replaced elevators. New capital -intensive types of work were added (in particular, the replacement of elevators). In total, from 2026 to 2031, work will have to be carried out at 5762 houses. Given the rise in cost of building materials and equipment, a shortage of funds raised for overhaul of apartment buildings is possible. In this regard, given the estimated need for financing, the number of payers and the collection of contributions for major repairs, a decision was made to establish this amount of contributions. This will ensure the stable implementation of the regional overhaul program, the timely replacement of outdated networks and elevators, the updating of worn roofs and facades of residential buildings, ”the government explained.
