A possible breakthrough between Ukraine and the USA. Wołodymyr Zelanski announces a new contract for billions of dollars
During the press conference in Kiev, Wołodymyr Zełenski said that Ukraine presented to US President Donald Trump a detailed analysis of his military needs and requests for long -range weapons systems.
– We discussed and agreed the main points with the president. Now we are moving to the practical performance of the contract – Zelanski told journalists in Kiev.
According to media reports, the value of the package in question is estimated at $ 90 billion. (PLN 328 billion).
Zelanski said that Ukrainian officials would visit the United States at the end of September or in October in order to conduct technical talks on the purchase of weapons and to conclude a separate agreement regarding drone production.

Zielnski met with Trump last week in New York on the occasion of the UN General Assembly. As he told journalists, he shared with the US President “a certain vision of what could be done” to respond to Russia's actions in the war with Ukraine.
– As for what Ukraine expects from the United States of America, everything is concluded there. We gave the US President a request containing the details of what Ukraine wants – said Zelanski.
– However, we are ready for separate contracts regarding individual types of weapons, including long -range systems. I can't provide more details – he added.
He also warned that Russian President Vladimir Putin would not cease aggression against Ukraine, as indicated by Moscow's testing of European air defense systems by recently invading several NATO countries.
– Putin will not wait for the end of the war in Ukraine. Will open a different direction. Nobody knows where, said Zelanski.
