The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergei Lavrov took the floor during the fifth day of the overall high -level debate of the 80th session of the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York.
Lavrov announced that Russia is ready for negotiations aimed at determining the causes of the conflict in Ukraine. He also stated that “Russia is not planning attacks on NATO.”
– Every aggression towards Russia will meet with a definite reaction. NATO and the EU should not have any doubts about it – said the head of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
