Shufrich announced a deterioration in health. Did the judge believe?

Five Shufrich defenders petitioned for a change in the preventive measure from detention for house arrest allegedly due to the deterioration of his health, including hearing and the need for medical rehabilitation. Lawyers suggested that the ex-deputy will be able to wear an electronic device.

According to Shufrich, for seven months he allegedly suffers from pain after surgery and did not have postoperative rehabilitation.

“I am difficult to move around the room. It's just pain, it is constant. There are no risks. Where will I run away? Is it like how [бывшего] judge [Николая] Chaus, will you take me somewhere? ”Said the ex-deputy.

However, the prosecutors insisted that the risks would remain. The court left the current preventive measure to Shufrich, and it remains in custody until October 4.

At the meeting, the prosecutor also read out part of the indictment, in particular, on the close cooperation of Shufrich with the former secretary of the National Security Council and Defense of the Present of Viktor Yanukovych Vladimir Sivkovich, the FSB agent, whose task was the coordination of Russian agents in Ukraine. He fled to the aggressor country in 2014.

The remaining materials are planned to be voiced at the next meetings, reporters said.
