Poland temporarily restricted air traffic due to objects from Belarus

The direction of movement of the objects was continuously monitored by the military using radar systems. For safety reasons, restrictions were temporarily introduced for civil aviation in the Podlasie Voivodeship.

There was no threat to the security of the country's airspace, but the incident was the latest in a series of hybrid violations in eastern Poland.

“The operational command of the branches of the armed forces is in constant contact with the relevant institutions and services, carrying out an ongoing exchange of information and transmitting data on recorded objects. The situation is under constant monitoring, and the Polish Armed Forces are ready to carry out tasks to protect Polish airspace,” the message says.
