In educational institutions of the agricultural profile, the results of the reception campaign were summed up. More than 2.5 thousand people became freshmen of Krasgau this year. The most popular areas are veterinary medicine, agricultural agriculture, agronomy.
The agrarian university notes that this year applications were received twice as much as in the previous one, and the number of people who wanted to grow by the previous vocational education was six times.
“Improving the personnel security of agro -industrial enterprises is one of the priority tasks. In addition to the main demanded work specialties of the industry, personnel that own modern technologies are needed. These are genetics and selection, biotechnology, digital solutions. For these purposes, the Krasnoyarsk GAU and other educational institutions annually improve educational programs at the request of the industry, ”says Dmitry Voropaev, Minister of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
This year, the Uyarskoye agricultural vehicle observed an increased interest in the specialty “Veterinary Medicine” – a competition of three people per place. Also in the list of demanded specialty “Operation and repair of agricultural equipment and equipment”.
Arthur Avetisyan, director of the Uyarsky agricultural college notes that the increased interest of youth is associated with worthy conditions for learning and accommodation of students. The popularization of agrarian education is also of great importance, when work with children begins with a school bench. At the technical school, within the framework of the federal project “Professor” together with partners-enterprises of the agricultural sector-the educational and production cluster was created. These are modern classes, digital laboratories, has its own veterinary clinic. Classes are held with employers. Already while studying, many students are settled in advanced enterprises.
“Agriculture has also become popular because new technologies are introduced into the industry – digitalization, automation, robototation. This is interesting for children, ”says Arthur Avetisyan.
For young agricultural workers in the region, state support measures are valid. Specialists receive social payments for arrangement in the countryside. Within the framework of the national project “Technological support of food security” in the region, the federal project “Personnel in the agricultural sector” operates in the region. Agricultural enterprises are reimbursed by part of the costs of the student, targeted contracts, and subsidies for the payment of labor and residence of students in practice.
In the current year, 173 people were enrolled in Krasgau this year. The main customers of the training are enterprises of the agricultural sector and organizations subordinate to the service for veterinary supervision of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Target training guarantees graduates employment, and employers allows us to plan their personnel need.
