In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, with the assistance of the employment service, about 500 applicants with disabilities were employed. This was reported by the regional labor and employment agency.

About 200 more residents with disabilities are undergoing training in in-demand professions, classes on social adaptation to the labor market, or are preparing to open their own business. The agency noted that the employment level of people with disabilities in the Krasnoyarsk Territory is higher than the average for Siberia.

Support measures are selected for each applicant taking into account his life situation. This year, under the “Personnel” national project, special workplaces were created for 14 residents of the region.

For example, in Krasnoyarsk such a place was created for a person with group II disabilities who got a job as a design engineer. In Lesosibirsk, a workplace was equipped for a person with a group I disability, who was accepted as a controller of engineering systems and metering devices.

Employers can receive a subsidy of up to 200 thousand rubles for the purchase, installation and installation of necessary equipment and furniture. Citizens with disabilities have access to permanent and temporary vacancies, including those with a flexible schedule and in a remote format. The employment service also offers support from a mentor or tutor, training for guaranteed employment and consultations with psychologists.

In 2025, with the participation of the employment service in the region, about 1,500 people with disabilities were employed.
