Krasnoyarka tried to get a job at the bailiffs with a fake diploma

In Krasnoyarsk, a native of Tuva will be judged for using a fake diploma, the prosecutor's office said.

A fake diploma of the Siberian Federal University was made to the girl for 80 thousand rubles, whom she found through an intermediary in 2013. Then she was 22 years old. The next 11 years, the girl lived in Krasnoyarsk and worked as a sales consultant. She did not need a diploma of higher education.

But recently she decided to get a job in the bailiffs. When employing, it turned out that the diploma is fake. A criminal case was opened against her under Part 3 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code for the use of a knowingly fake document.

“Friends already had a higher education, and I wanted to have a diploma for status,” she explained during the investigation.

Now the girl may face a fine of up to 80 thousand rubles, mandatory work for up to 480 hours, correctional labor for up to two years or arrest for up to six months. The criminal case will be considered by the Soviet District Court of Krasnoyarsk.
