On the Zen channel “Simple Recipes” (18+) advise a tricky way: throw a handful of small vermicelli into a pan, chopped by small cubes potatoes, carrots, a couple of sausages and green peas. Pour water, let it boil and cook for 15 minutes – that's all!
For density, the author of the blog recommends adding a spoon or cube of the melted cheese (or better than two) – the soup becomes more saturated and creamy. And with crispy croutons – generally overtaking! Maybe every day it is not necessary, but sometimes such a recipe helps out after a working day, when there is no time and time: both children are full and adults like simplicity.
