In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a new procedure for inspections of apartment buildings was approved, said the chairman of the regional government Sergey Vereshchagin. The decision on this was made at the next meeting of the government.
Previously, operational control over the technical condition of apartment buildings (MKD) in the region was carried out at least 1 time per year. Now such a procedure will have to be held 2 times a year – Before and after the heating season. Extraordinary checks are also possible. They are allowed to be carried out within a day after the accident. The results of the inspection are drawn up by an act and sent to the local government.
During the inspection, the commission controls the technical condition of all structures – foundation, walls, ceilings, roofs, elevators, as well as intra -house engineering networks. The wear of the building is also calculated, data on major repairs are included in the acts. Inspections will not touch houses that are already recognized as emergency and subject to demolition.
