10 teenagers from Krasnoyarsk and Zheleznogorsk were accused of extremism, attacks on people and vandalism (video)

A criminal investigation was completed against 10 residents of Krasnoyarsk and Zheleznogorsk aged 16 to 19 years, which, depending on the role of each, are accused of committing crimes under Part. 1, 2 tbsp. 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of an extremist community of a neo -Nazi orientation and participation in it), Art. 116 of the Criminal Code (beatings) and part 2 of Art. 214 of the Criminal Code (vandalism).

It was established that in 2024 the defendants created two extremist communities, which then united to commit crimes on the basis of ideological, racial and national hatred in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Community leaders conducted training training and meetings of participants, who promoted the use of violence. A special chat was also created for coordination of actions, the exchange of information, the distribution of video recordings of attacks on citizens, the training of the manufacture of weapons and explosive devices.

“Realizing a common criminal intent, 6 accused committed 4 attacks on citizens on a national and ideological feature in Zheleznogorsk and Krasnoyarsk. Two other participants applied the images by the Nazi symbolism on the wall of a residential building and a trading kiosk in Zheleznogorsk. One of the defendants in order to provide the community with objects used as a weapon illegally made braids, ”the UK said.

All defendants pleaded guilty to committed crimes.

Currently, criminal cases have been sent to the prosecutor's office to approve the indictments and subsequent transfer to the court for consideration on the merits.
