In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, military personnel and their wives will write off debts on loans

On December 1, 2024, a law entered into force in Russia, which allows participants in the special operation and their families to reduce the debt burden on expired loans.

To terminate the enforcement proceedings, a soldier must write a statement and attach a copy of the contract to him. If you write off debts, the spouse of his participant intends, then a marriage certificate must also be attached to the application. You can submit documents through public services or Internet reception. In addition, in Krasnoyarsk there is a center for admission of citizens on Karl Marx, 122 and FSSP branches with duty officers.

As part of the press conference, which was held at the NKK publication, the head of the department of the enforcement proceedings of the GUFSSP of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Roman Kolomiyets noted that such statements are considered as quickly as possible:

“Since the debtor went to his, the bailiff applied coercive measures to him – the arrest of accounts. Upon termination of the enforcement proceedings, the bailiff must remove the arrest from the accounts. In order for a person who protects his homeland to use funds, this is done quickly. ”

The maximum amount of delayed debt is 10 million rubles. However, if the serviceman and his wife have accumulated more than this amount, they can count on a partial write -off.

“Here the debtor-contract or his wife has the right to choose. They themselves can determine which loans to be repaid in full and which partially, ”Roman Kolomiyets told reporters.

We add that it will not work to stop court proceedings if the participant has debts related to compensation for harm to health or life; compensation for harm in connection with the death of the breadwinner; alimony, property requirements arising due to corruption.
