Record transaction in Waterhall. Apartment for PLN 18.45 million

A unique, five -star Waterhall complex is created on the map of the Tri -City, located at the Kościuszko Square and the Yacht Marina in Gdynia. This project sets a new standard of architecture on the Baltic Sea, stylistically referring to Gdynia modernism. The investment combines residential, commercial and public functions, creating a complete city ecosystem in the first line of building.
The complex is created only 200 m from Marina Yacht Park – the oldest club in the Polish Sailing Association in Poland – with a beautiful view of the Gdańsk Bay. As part of the investment, a public park with a fountain will be built, a five -star hotel in the Swiss standard, carefully selected apartments intended for living or as Second Home, as well as gastronomic premises co -created by the most recognizable restaurant brands in Poland.
The record transaction has exceeded all expectations
In recent weeks, Małgorzata Szrubkowska from the MO Real Estate boutique real estate agency has finalized the sale of premises with a commercial and housing function for a price of PLN 18,450,000 gross, which means a net value exceeding PLN 15 million. The transaction was closed at an offer price and exceeded the current record – the highest offer of the sale of premises in the prestigious Sea Towers investment, which was PLN 16 million gross.
– It wasn't a coincidence. In a demanding time for the real estate market, I focus on individual and unconventional actions, responding to the needs of the most demanding customers. They are people who do not slow down during the crisis – they work boldly, develop their personal brands and make non -standard decisions. For them, the price or area is secondary. What counts is quality, place history and uniqueness of the offer – says Małgorzata Szrubkowska from Mo Real Estate.
Penthouse for 100,000 PLN per sq m.
The sold apartment is not the most expensive premises in the Waterhall offer. The most important penthouses achieve valuations that place this investment at the forefront of the most expensive addresses in Poland.
– Prices of the most exclusive penthouses, with spacious terraces on the roof, jacuzzi and a spectacular view of the Gdańsk Gulf, beach and Kamienna Góra, reach up to 100,000. PLN per sq m. This positions this investment at the forefront of the most expensive addresses in Poland. The most prestigious premises exceed PLN 25 million – says Tomasz Modzelewski from Mo Real Estate.
This investment exceeds the quality of the quality known from prestigious projects, such as Złota 44 in Warsaw or Sea Towers in Gdynia. This is currently the address of unprecedented class on the map of the Polish coast.
Unfortunately, despite the Act on price openness, we will not see on the investor's website how much individual apartments can be purchased. They are sold as service or investment premises, i.e. as we wrote in this article, they are excluded from the obligation to disclose prices.
Gdynia as the capital of Polish sailing
The unique location of Waterhall is gaining importance in the context of upcoming events. In 2027, Gdynia will be the host of the World Sailing Olympic World Class Championships – the largest sailing event in Polish history. Nearly 700 sailors from around the world will compete in the waters of the Gulf of Gdańsk for medals and Olympic qualifications. Thousands of fans will see Gdynia as a real capital of Polish sailing – a place where passion meets modernity and a unique coastal climate.
In the same year, the prestigious Waterhall investment is planned for use.
Transformation of the center of Gdynia
– Looking at what happened after the reconstruction of the Granary Island in Gdańsk, both the city and investors count on a similar transformation of Śródmieście Gdynia. What happened 10 years ago in Gdańsk now has a chance to repeat itself when the Kościuszko square is expanded – creating a new city center. We are currently at a unique moment and We have a unique opportunity to invest in the first building line in Gdynia – says Tomasz Modzelewski from Mo Real Estate.
The record transaction in Waterhall is just the beginning of a new era on the premium real estate market in Gdynia. With even more expensive apartments waiting for their buyers, the industry is eagerly expecting further records that may exceed the current ideas about real estate prices in Poland.
