A multi-threaded investigation is still ongoing, analyzing, among others, financial flows in the former politician's companies. The Krakow court allowed the trustee to sell the assets of Manufaktura Piwa, Wódki i Wina – the main enterprise run by Janusz Palikot – writes “Gazeta Wyborcza”. Browar Tenczynek, which produced under the Manufaktury brand, was put up for sale, and the announcement was published, among others, on the Olx website. The starting price is PLN 23.7 million.

Janusz Palikot's estate for sale
Janusz Palikot bought Browar Tenczynek – an enterprise with almost 500 years of history – in 2018 from MP Marek Jakubiak – then the owner of, among others, Ciechan beer brand. He produced alcohol there under the Manufaktura Piwa, Wódki i Wina brand for about eight years. It was from this plant that the fall of the Palikot empire began. The former politician and businessman was detained by the CBA at the beginning of October 2024. The charges against him concern defrauding over PLN 5,000. people for the amount of over PLN 70 million (later the allegations were supplemented with additional victims and another amount of debt). In December, the court announced Manufaktura's bankruptcy.

Currently, as the trustee Lesław Kolczyński told “Wyborcza”, the receivables reported to him amount to over PLN 240 million. If Browar Tenczynek is sold, the so-called debts will be repaid first. bondholders, i.e. persons secured in kind by property. Their receivables amount to approximately PLN 33 million. The starting price for the brewery is PLN 23.7 million, the deposit is PLN 2 million. So far, no potential buyer has come forward, but there is still time to submit offers until April 3.
As “Rzeczpospolita” recently reported, the list of items for sale includes: alcohol found in Manufaktura's warehouses and property of the brewery in Tenczynek. This includes: 18 thousand bottles of vodka, 341 thousand bottles of craft beer, 60 thousand cartons of Palikot whiskey, thousands of glass packaging and bottle stands.
