The court confiscated the resident of Achinsk two cars for re -driving intoxicated forms.
In June of this year, a 40-year-old resident of Achinsk got behind the wheel, being drunk. The trip was interrupted by law enforcement officers, and a medical examination recorded the presence of alcohol in his blood. The driver was removed from the control, and his car went to a specialized parking lot.
However, the incident did not force a man to think. Five days later, he got behind the wheel again – this time his other car and in even more strong intoxication. The new test showed “record” 1.39 mg/l.

It turned out that this was far from the first incident with driving in this state. Previously, he was already fined 30 thousand rubles. And he is deprived of rights for a similar violation, which translated his new violations from the category of administrative to criminal.
As a result, the man was found guilty of drunken driving (part 1 of article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and taking into account the position of the state prosecutor was sentenced to 450 hours of compulsory work with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for 2.5 years. At the request of the prosecutor, both cars on which the offender traveled were confiscated in state revenue.
