People applying for a function must fulfill a number of formal conditions. Higher education is required, a minimum of five years of professional internship, including three years of experience in managerial positions or in conducting business activities. Candidates must exercise full public rights, be not punished and know at least one foreign language – preferred English or German – at the intermediate level.
The connection with political parties, performing functions in trade unions or activities that can give rise to a conflict of interests with the company is excluded.
Application procedure

Staff changes after the scandal
