Teams created as part of this program consist of company employees who have been properly trained and equipped with weapons. They operate under the supervision of the Ukrainian Air Force and are integrated with the nationwide air defense system.
The first successes of private Ukrainian anti-drone systems
Minister of Digital Affairs Mykhailo Fedorov announced on Telegram on Monday that these units are already achieving their first successes.
“So far, several enemy drones have been shot down in the Kharkiv Oblast, including the Shahed and Zala models“- he said.
He added that individual units are at different stages of operational readiness. Some of them are already performing combat missions, while others are still undergoing training.

Fedorov emphasized that this is not a one-time action, but a system solution that allows for a quick increase in air defense capabilities without involving additional resources from the front. However, he did not disclose which companies participate in this program.
