The Sovcombank won two nominations of the prestigious HR Force Awards 2025 – annual industry awards for contribution to the development of generally accepted standards and practices in the field of personnel management.
The jury praised the project “AI -transformation: from training to implementation”, noting the bank’s system approach to the integration of artificial intelligence into work processes. As part of the initiative, educational courses for employees were developed, a corporate hacaton was carried out and the owl chatbot was launched, which helps to automate and accelerate daily tasks.
Another victory marked the project “Family – the main value”. The project impressed the expert community with a complex system of support for employees, including social programs, as well as infrastructure for the balance of work and personal life – coworking in Sochi and Altai and other initiatives.
A double victory demonstrates a stable focus of the social units on innovation and caring for people – from the introduction of AI solutions to strengthening family values and well -being of the team.
