The energy sections of the heat -power units of the SGK conducted planned anti -aviary exercises at once in two cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory – Kansk and Krasnoyarsk.

In Kansk, heating system employees worked out actions according to the most complex scenario: winter, frost below −35 ° C, and an accident occurs on one of the central streets – Krasnoyarsk, as a result of which the overhead section of the heat pipeline is damaged. The dispatchers were the first to react to the virtual accident – the control systems recorded a sharp drop in pressure in the pipes, and the repair team immediately left for the place.

Power engineers promptly protect the scene of the accident, decided to temporarily disconnect the part of the district from heat supply to eliminate the consequences. As the regulation requires, the information was transferred to all operational services of the city and management companies to inform residents. The script differs from reality only in that when transmitting information, a warning is added “on training”.

To stop the heat supply, the valves are overlapped – the highway is drained, after which restoration work began. For the entire operation, until the energy supply to the power engineers, no more than five hours took the full operation. Despite the educational nature of the situation, all tasks were carried out as quickly as possible and with full dedication.

In Krasnoyarsk, the legend of the exercises involved a complete disconnection of power supply at the central heat point, which has stopped pumps, on which the heat supply of 27 buildings, including 24 residentials, depended. The senior dispatcher received information about the incident from the electric grid company, according to which the recovery of power supply was expected after 8-10 hours. During this time, the temperature in the apartments could drop below 10 ° C.

The operational brigade of SGK arrived at the facility, connected a mobile generator and resumed the supply of electricity to the pump and regulatory equipment. After the equipment is launched, the employees reported to the dispatcher about the output of the system to the working parameters according to the temporary scheme. Immediately after the restoration of power supply, the mobile generator was disconnected, the pumps were transferred to a permanent power supply. Energy performed all the work to eliminate the incident in less than 2 hours.

“Conducting such training allows us to be confident in the readiness of staff and technology for any freelance situations. As they say, confidence is born from discipline and training. And we must be confident and ready “perfectly” for the most difficult conditions, so that residents of the cities where the SGK enterprises work are provided with heat even in severe frosts, ”said Oleg Bubnovsky, General Director of the Yenisei TGK (SBC unit in the Yenisei Siberia region).

In addition to training, SGK prepared for the beginning of the heating season the equipment of stations and heating systems. The part of the repairs that is necessary for a reliable supply of heat to the houses is completed, the necessary equipment was purchased, and personnel inspections were carried out. Power engineers are ready for the beginning of the heating season and future winter.
