This year's first Consumer Council of the Rosseti Sibir branch – Krasnoyarskenergo, chaired by Anatoly Matyushenko, was held in the administration of the Mansky district. Representatives of the administrations of the south-eastern group of districts, budgetary organizations, businesses and deputies gathered at the meeting with energy workers.
The head of the Mansky district, Maxim Lozovikov, noted the openness of energy workers and the opportunity to discuss current issues directly.
Director of the Krasnoyarskenergo branch Anton Lukin spoke about the current state of the electric grid complex in the territory of the South-Eastern Electric Networks and presented the branch’s development plans for 2026–2027.
“During the autumn-winter period, we analyzed the outages that occurred in order to reduce the accident rate and prevent them in the future. The winter has been harsh, so it is important to take action here and now. The second important point is the connection of our consumers, to whom we have unfulfilled obligations. This year we will make every effort to connect as many consumers as possible to the networks,” emphasized Anton Lukin.
Director of the production department “South-Eastern Electric Networks” (PO SEES) Vladimir Dotsenko noted that the main technological violations were caused by unfavorable weather conditions, for example, sudden temperature changes and stormy winds.
However, power engineers are already taking measures that will improve the reliability of power supply. Starting this year, a regulatory agreement was concluded with the government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory: thanks to it, the repair program of the South-West Economics Association has been increased by 67% compared to last year. The main funds will be used to clear clearings, repair overhead power lines, and replace wires and supports. Based on requests from area residents alone, it is planned to update more than 34 km of networks of different voltage classes.
Unmetered electricity consumption and illegal mining remain acute problems in the territory. The largest case of energy theft was identified in Uyar – the damage to the company amounted to about 6.8 million rubles. There are cases of illegal connection of consumers after the restrictions were introduced for debts to the sales organization. Energy workers emphasized that all cases of illegal consumption of electricity, including for the purpose of mining cryptocurrencies, are strictly suppressed and investigated jointly with law enforcement agencies.
At the meeting, the issue of connecting land plots for military personnel and large families in the Gorka microdistrict of the Irbeysko-Sayan district was raised. Anton Lukin noted that it is necessary to take a comprehensive approach to providing infrastructure at the stage of land distribution. This approach will allow centralizing point requests from consumers, speeding up their connection and efficiently distributing allocated power.
“The Consumer Council once again confirmed the importance of dialogue between energy workers, authorities and residents. Joint meetings are necessary to solve pressing problems in individual territories and increase the reliability of power supply to consumers,” summed up Chairman of the Consumer Council Anatoly Matyushenko.
