According to the blogger, this recipe has never failed it.
Products on a can of 3 l:
- 2 kg of cucumbers;
- eight garlic cloves;
- bunch of dill;
- horseradish leaves;
- Gorky pepper at will;
- 3 tbsp. l. salt.
Cooking
- Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, cut the tips.
- On the bottom of the three -liter jar, lay out herbs, garlic, horseradish and bitter pepper.
- Place cucumbers in a jar, add salt.
- Pour everything with boiling water on the knife.
- Cover the jar with a bag, and on top with a lid. Turn over several times to dissolve the salt and put in the refrigerator.
- Cucumbers on this recipe can be eaten the very next day.
