  • 2 kg of cucumbers;
  • eight garlic cloves;
  • bunch of dill;
  • horseradish leaves;
  • Gorky pepper at will;
  • 3 tbsp. l. salt.

Cooking

  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, cut the tips.
  2. On the bottom of the three -liter jar, lay out herbs, garlic, horseradish and bitter pepper.
  3. Place cucumbers in a jar, add salt.
  4. Pour everything with boiling water on the knife.
  5. Cover the jar with a bag, and on top with a lid. Turn over several times to dissolve the salt and put in the refrigerator.
  6. Cucumbers on this recipe can be eaten the very next day.
