The Krasnoyarsk pensioner has been living in a de -energized apartment for two months without the opportunity to warm up food and turn on the washing machine.

According to the 7 Channel Krasnoyarsk, electricity in the house with an elderly woman was disconnected in July due to half a million debt for utilities. The pensioner says that she always regularly paid for all receipts and has nothing to do with debt. Krasnoyarsk blames the incident of the neighbor. According to a pensioner, the man illegally used her electricity.

In 2016, an unscrupulous neighbor without the knowledge of an elderly woman connected to her brush. For a long time, the hostess of the housing was in the ignorance. I was suspected of Krasnoyar, only when she lost the light. The court found the man guilty and appointed him a fine, but the debt for the “communal apartment” remained with the pensioner.

“He paid 10 thousand a fine in court and he was connected by light. He bought a new cable, he extended the cable separately from mine, and he is with the light. My neighbor is not in poverty! And the payment remained on me. Where will I get that kind of money? I have a pension of 16717 rubles, ”the elderly Krasnoyark expressed indignation.

Now the woman is surviving thanks to the gas stove, on her she is preparing food. It is cleaned in the old fashioned way – it sweeps the floors in the apartment with a broom. He erases his things manually despite the fact that all the necessary household appliances in the house have a pensioner. There is even a stove, only it temporarily does not work.

“You see, I live like a cave. Well, it’s good that it was warm in the summer, somewhere at 10-11 it was dark, at 4 hours it was bright. God bless! But now I don’t know how many clothes are on me … I am 78 years old and I live in such conditions, that is, they took me and thrown me away, the same thing that was kicked out into the street, ”the woman expressed emotionally in the presence of journalists.

To date, the amount of the elderly Krasnoyarsk is already 670 thousand rubles, but the woman is not going to pay it instead of her neighbor. She had already contacted the prosecutor’s office and Energosbyt, but they answer there – the debt was assigned to her personal account, which means that this is personal responsibility.

The television men also turned to the electricity supplier for comment, and there they explained: they turned off the light, based on the documents received, and no one can just connect it back until the debt is repaid. From this situation, a woman has only two exits – apply to the court and prove her innocence or decide the issue of debt itself.
