
Sometimes I want to please myself and loved ones with something special, but there is not enough time for complex desserts. Makock muffins-poros come to the rescue, which are easy to cook at home. They will become a decoration of any table and give an unforgettable pleasure. Delicate and air, strewn with almonds on a white blanket of brilliant glaze … It sounds like a dessert from an expensive confectionery, but in fact it is not difficult to prepare such a beauty at home.
Ingredients
For the test:
- Flour – 200 g
- Sugar – 100 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil – 80 ml
- Milk – 80 ml
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Mac – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
- Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
For decoration:
- Sugar powder – 100 g
- Milk-2-3 tbsp. tablespoons
- Almond
Cooking
1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until light lush mass is formed. Add vegetable oil and milk, mix.
2. In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder and poppy. Gradually pour dry ingredients into the liquid, gently stirring the spatula until smooth.
3. PREASE OF THE ONEA to 180 degrees. Lubricate the molds for donuts with vegetable oil or use silicone forms. Fill them with dough by 2/3 of the volume.
4. Bake porcini muffins for 15-20 minutes until golden. Check the readiness with a toothpick – it should come out dry. Let the cupcakes cool slightly in shape, then carefully remove them.
5. For glaze, mix the sugar powder with milk until a thick homogeneous mass is obtained. Dip each cupcake-pound in the icing and sprinkle with almond crumbs.
