Krasnoyarsk deputies proposed to introduce the limit on the maintenance of animals in personal farms. The corresponding bill has already been submitted to the State Duma.

Materials on the topic

According to the initiative, they want to entrust the regional authorities to establish the maximum number of animals and birds, which can be kept in personal farms. At the same time, it is proposed to take into account not only sanitary norms, but also geographical, natural-climatic conditions, as well as local traditions.

According to the authors of the bill, this will help reduce the number of complaints of neighbors about noise and smell, improve the sanitary situation and reduce the risks of outbreaks of dangerous diseases.

However, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Agrarian issues Oleg Nilov, in a conversation with the Parliamentary Gazeta, spoke out against uniform restrictions for all regions.

“In regions such as the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Yakutia, other Siberian regions, where there are a lot of land, there is no need to limit it at all. I am not a supporter to complicate the life of the few peasants who remained on Earthwho plow the earth, and do not sunbathe on it, and feed themselves, and feed the family, and neighbors“, – he said.

The initiative was also condemned Political scientist and journalist Georgy Bow in his telegram channel.

“In order for life to become even better and even more fun, some tireless deputies decided to organize a slight feeling of hunger in the country. Or at least an artificial food shortage, ”said BOVT.

Experts note that the adoption of the bill can lead to a fall in local production and an increase in product prices.
