In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a man was sent to forced labor for shooting at trucks that were “interfering” with him.
The prosecutor's office said that in October 2025, a resident of the village of Ketsky, Pirovsky municipal district, decided to punish truckers who parked their cars at the gate to the production base. Such parking prevented the driver of a tractor-loader from entering the territory of the enterprise.
“At home, fueled by a bottle of alcohol, he decided to punish the truckers. Grabbing an unregistered gun and 16 rounds of ammunition, he headed towards the parked cars where the drivers were sleeping,” the press service said.
The first shot towards the car only scratched the metal element. Then the attacker fired twice at the wheels of the second truck.
“It did not cause any damage to cars or people, but the effect was achieved – the drivers were scared out of their wits. The man decided to end the performance effectively: he picked up shell casings, mixed them with unused cartridges, scattered them around and warned them to “park properly.” After this, the would-be warrior hid the gun in a relative’s barn,” the press service reported.
The court found the man guilty of hooliganism (Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and sentenced him to 1.5 years of forced labor with the withholding of 5% of his salary to the budget.
