The images caught on the spot show Ryder Corral jumping on the flowers, photos and objects deposited in the memory of Kirk, 31, killed last week during a speech at the Utah Valley University.
His gesture shocked the people in commemoration, one of them intervening to remove the young man.
The angry spectator snatched the Ryder Corral in the middle of the memorial and slammed it, and another person hit the leg before the law enforcement agents. Corral was handcuffed and arrested.
The young man wore a black t -shirt with the US flag and an eagle, similar to the one worn by Kirk's alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, in the photos distributed by the police.
Corral is to be accused of destroying goods and disturbing public order, said Sergeant Philip Krynsky from Phoenix Police for Fox News.
The Sunday incident was not singular. A few hours after Charlie Kirk was shot dead, in front of the Capitol of Idaho, an altercation broke out between Kirk's supporters and a bicyclist who insulted him, the conflict being stopped by the police.
