Newspaper “Krasnoyarsk worker“ became state. This was announced in his telegram channel by the first deputy governor Sergei Ponomarenko.

He explained that Roskomnadzor and Rospatent re -registered the media itself and his corporate name, securing the rights to one of the institutions in the system of the regional press agency.

“Especially for the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, a festive issue of the newspaper was published. Its cover is an digitized version of the original “Krasnoyarsk worker” of May 10, 1945. Inside the number – essays and articles based on archival documents about the life of our region during the Great Patriotic War“, – Said Sergey Ponomarenko.

Special issue has a circulation of 30 thousand copies. It will spread free of charge in all municipalities of the region at festive events dedicated to the anniversary of victory.

“In the future, the newspaper will not cease its existence and will be published more than once to the anniversary and festive dates. The release dates and circulation of newspapers this year will vary, but it is possible that next year it will again become a periodic publication“, – The deputy governor explained.

Recall, “Krasnoyarsk Worker” – One of the oldest newspapers in Russia. This year she marks 120 years – the first number was released on December 10, 1905. In 1998, at the initiative of the editor -in -chief of the newspaper Vladimir Pavlovsky, the newspaper was re -registered as a private liability company. As an independent publication, it lasted until 2024, but then the editors admitted that she could not cope with the financial burden. The regional authorities agreed to pay off editorial debts, but set the condition – The newspaper and trademark are returned to state ownership.
