Reducing the accident rate and improving road safety is one of the main goals of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”. This season, 40 sections of roads in different areas of the city are being repaired in Krasnoyarsk in its framework. To ensure security, special attention is paid to pedestrian crossings.

On all the roads that are in the work plan on the national project, pedestrian crossings are brought into line with modern safety requirements. Recently, workers have finished the upper layer of asphalt, which did not pass quality control on the island of recreation. It should be noted that out of 40 sections of roads that will be repaired this year on the National Project, 27 are already ready, work is underway for 11, two more are planned for production. According to municipal contracts, the road season should be completed until October 15.
