The Krasnoyarsk Railway conducted the prophylactic action “Safety seeds” in electric trains connecting Krasnoyarsk and large horticultural villages.

Its goal is to remind passengers, most of which use trains to travel to cottages, about the rules of conduct on the railway. According to statistics, this category of passengers is at risk – the number of accidents increases with the onset of the summer season.
On the eve of summer, the railway workers reminded the gardeners of the need to be attentive and vigilant when being on the facilities of the highway. During the action in the train, the volunteers handed them special memos in which, along with the safety rules, the sowing calendar was placed. In addition, summer residents received useful gifts – seeds of different garden plants.
It should be noted that from January to May 2025 9 people were injured on the Krasnoyarsk highway (including 7 – fatally). The main reason for accidents is inattention and negligence. Most often, tragedies take place due to an attempt to cross the path to a close train.
Krasnzh recalls that you can cross the railway only by making sure that there is no approaching train. You can not walk along the paths, climb the roofs of wagons and supports of the contact network, climb under the wagons.
