In Norilsk, a man will appear before the court for a brutal murder committed 30 years ago. This was reported in the regional prosecutor's office.
According to the supervisory authority, in 1995, the Norilchane gathered with his lover. Around the same time, a girlfriend had a girlfriend who did not like her partner. The man claimed that a new acquaintance has a poor influence on his roommate, and therefore began to impede their communication. However, the girl made a choice in favor of friendship and moved from her gentleman to her parents.
Later, the accused saw his lover in the company of a girlfriend and two guys. Young people made him several remarks, as a result of which a conflict arose. Under the pretext of reconciliation with the company, the ex-liberator suggested a lover in the evening to meet the same composition in a local bar.
“After a joint visit to the institution, four young people went to the apartment, where the accused also arrived. He brought firearms and fired, at least 18 times he shot the company sitting in the kitchen. From the wounds received, all four died on the spot, ”the prosecutor’s office said.
The attacker was hiding from the investigation for almost 30 years. However, with the coordinating role of the prosecutor's office, the interdepartmental working group for the disclosure of crimes of past years managed to establish involved in the crime of the defendant.
The prosecutor approved a 54-year-old man of an accusation of intentional murder of four persons (paragraphs of Article 102 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR). In the near future, the Norilsk city court will consider the criminal case.
