Donald Trump set a condition. These countries supply the Kremlin war machine


On Saturday, Donald Trump set the condition that if the US is to impose further sanctions on Russia, then the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance must be consistent and stop buying oil from the Kremlin.
With the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Russia has not ceased to export crude oil to the whole world, until the country still goes about 5 million barrels of raw material a day. China and India are the main buyer, but some NATO countries still buy oil.

Türkiye is still buying oil from Russia. Two EU countries released from sanctions
Crude oil from Russia is constantly buying NATO Türkiye. In June, the country increased the import of Russian raw material. In total, from the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he bought oil worth EUR 69 billion (approx. 294 billion PLN) – indicates the Reuters agency.
Although the European Union imposed a sanction on Russia, until 2025 it still bought crude oil from Russia. Russia Fossil Tracker indicates that we are talking about a raw material worth about EUR 104 billion (approx. PLN 443 million). Currently, oil from Kazakhstan is transported through the Russian pipeline.
Among EU countries still buying oil from Russia are Hungary and Slovakia. For this purpose, both countries were released from sanctions.
The most Russian oil flows to these countries
The most oil from Russia goes to China – notes the Reuters agency. Russian pipelines are connected to Chinese, but part of the raw material is also transported by sea. According to the agency's calculations, from the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Middle Kingdom “supported the” war machine of the Kremlin with the amount of EUR 187.85 billion (approx. 800 billion).
India is the second largest buyer of Russian oil. According to the meter of Russian profits from oil, gas and coal exports (Russia Fossil Tracker), the country has bought oil from EUR 128 billion from the beginning of the war (approx. PLN 545 billion).
Donald Trump wants to suspend oil imports from Russia
“I am ready to impose serious sanctions on Russia when all NATO countries agree and begin to do the same, and when all NATO countries stop buying oil from Russia,” wrote Donald Trump on his Truth social platform.
Speaking of sanctions for Russia, Donald Trump pointed out that he imposed the higher commercial duties on India, which became one of the largest recipients of Russian oil.
