The head of the enterprise in the Shushensky district for almost 1.5 years did not pay salary to the watchmen

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the director of the enterprise will be judged by the fact that he did not pay salaries to employees for almost a year and a half.

The Investigative Department of the IC of the Russian Federation explained that the full non -payment of wages was recorded from September 2023 to February 2025. The head of the organization, located in the Shushensky district, left 7 employees without money, underpaying them more than 2 million rubles.

“Employees were not officially employed, but at the same time actually fulfilled their labor duties for the protection of property that took place on the balance sheet of the enterprise. The defendant directed the current profit of the organization not to pay wages, but to the current activities of the enterprise, calculations with counterparties and other goals, ”the press service said.

A criminal case was opened under Part 2 of Art. 145.1 of the Criminal Code (full non -payment of more than two months of wages made of selfish and other personal interest in the head of the organization). Investigators have established the fact of labor relations. They carried out work to restore violated rights of citizens, as well as to ensure the repayment of debt. As part of the investigation of the criminal case at the request of the investigation, the court seized the immovable property of the defendant.

Thanks to the timely adopted investigation, the wage arrears to all employees are fully repaid.

The criminal case was sent to the prosecutor's office to approve the indictment and subsequent sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
