All information about benefits, payments and services in the Krasnoyarsk Territory can be obtained on the new “Social Navigator” service.
The regional Ministry of Social Policy said that the website contains all government support measures, including those under the “Family” national project, that can be received in the region. The service is also available in the EKZh Krasnoyarsk mobile application.
The site settings allow you to quickly find information about social benefits, payments and services. Information about support measures is grouped into categories with life situations. Among them are sections for families with children, as well as for SVO participants and their relatives.
“The decision to create the Social Navigator was made two years ago at the Krasnoyarsk Demographic Forum. In 2024, the governor of the region, Mikhail Kotyukov, presented a test version of the site to the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. All this time, a lot of interdepartmental work was going on to fill the aggregator with materials about state and municipal support measures,” said the regional Minister of Social Policy Irina Pastukhova.
When choosing a particular social service, you are provided with complete information about the conditions for receiving it, a list of required documents, and contacts of organizations. To apply for support measures electronically, you can go from the Social Navigator to the government services portal.
We would like to add that the service operates within the framework of the “Unified Card for Residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory” and “State for the People” projects.
