The IT Holding T1, one of the largest players in the Russian technological market, is launched by the third cycle of annual industry conferences “Impulse T1”, focused on the development of the National Engineering School in the country.

The first event will be held on September 22 in Nizhny Novgorod, then in Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Moscow and for the second time in Minsk.

Focus of 2025 – “centers of engineering thinking.” Within the framework of the event, T1 will be collected at one site of experts of leading companies from all over the country, representatives of the state and universities, as well as students to exchange experience and unification of the IT community. The key goal of conferences this year is to identify and support regional foci of technological examination, where universities, business and local economies form their own innovative environment.

The agenda “Impulse T1” is due to the fact that the strengthening of the personnel potential outside the two capitals will make up for the deficit of the IT specialists in the market. The most IT companies in the country are reported today, despite the fact that over the past five years the number of graduates of digital departments has increased by 70 %.

“The National Engineering School is not formed at one point and according to a single template, but consists of many unique local centers. In the regions, special technological environments are created, where science, practice and challenges of the local economy give a tangible impetus to innovation. Our task today is not just to see them, but to support and strengthen, turning local competencies into a single digital transformation engine, ”commented Dmitry Kharitonov, General Director of T1 IT Holding.

As shared in the company, the conferences program in each city include scientific and business sessions and practical-oriented lectures from T1 experts and industry experts, immersion in regional specifics of IT, discussions about the latest technological trends. In addition, hackathons will be held as part of the events, whose participants will be able to demonstrate their skills in the decision of the cases and receive feedback by creating an applied IT product for a specific business request.

For the first time, part of the events will be held at the venues of the partner universities T1-MAI, URFU and NSU. Last year, Impulse T1 gathered several thousand offline participants and over a million online listeners. The conference speakers were more than 130 experts from technological companies, universities and ministries.

In 2025, the Komsomolskaya Pravda, Anti- Malware.ru and Business Moscow, are information partners of the Impulse T1.
