In the Sharypovsky municipal district, the court sentenced a young man who, together with a friend, beat up a peer. At the time of consideration of the case, the defendant had already reached the age of majority.
The incident occurred in the summer of 2025 in the village of Berezovskoye. According to the court, the conflict between the teenagers began with a verbal quarrel, but quickly escalated into a fight. One of the participants hit his opponent in the face several times, after which a second teenager joined him.
During the attack, the victim was punched in the face, body and ribs. From one of the blows he lost his balance and fell to the ground. However, the beating did not end there – the attackers continued to strike.
According to the forensic medical examination, the victim suffered a bilateral fracture of the lower jaw. These injuries were classified as moderate harm to health.
The court found one of the participants in the attack guilty and sentenced him to two years of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of two years.
The verdict has not yet entered into legal force.
