The autumn adjustment of the budget of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will add 2.1 billion rubles to the housing and communal services

At a meeting of the Presidium of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the results of the budget and plans to adjust it were presented. Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the region Vladimir Bakhar said – the dynamics of budget execution as a whole corresponds to the planned pace.
According to the results of eight months of this year, the main financial document was executed without a shortage: the excess of income over expenses amounted to 8.2 billion rubles. The revenues of the regional budget amounted to 302.6 billion rubles – almost 70 % of the annual plan. The costs are funded in the amount of 294.4 billion rubles, which is about 60 % of the plan.
At the same time, the main parameters of the regional budget in 2025 change as follows: income increases by 17.8 billion rubles, mainly due to additional revenues for mining mining, as well as from the placement of funds on bank deposits.
“To date, we can make a number of decisions that were discussed with residents, discussed in the regional government. Additional resources can be aimed at supporting education, healthcare, housing and communal services, as well as working with talents, social support for families of their participants and orphans. The development of our territories is another priority. It is important to note that thanks to intensive work in federal authorities, it was possible to attract more than 2 billion rubles to the regional budget, ”said Mikhail Kotyukov, governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Based on these changes, the appropriate adjustment of the regional budget has been prepared, which provides for an increase in financing the social sphere. Additional funds will be directed to support the families of the participants of the SV.
The healthcare industry will additionally receive 3.9 billion rubles – the funds will also go to preferential medicines and sanitation. In the formation industry, 0.7 billion rubles will be directed to support gifted children and modernization of schools. Also, as part of the adjustment, additional financing is provided for the housing for orphans.
In addition, 2.1 billion rubles will be directed to support measures to pay for housing and communal services, also 3.1 billion rubles for subsidies to resource supplying organizations. They are going to allocate 1.7 billion rubles to support the territories as part of the adjustment.
There are also resources for the implementation of a new project to modernize the Zheleznogorsk CHP at the expense of the treasury infrastructure loan.
