To get a digital Pushkin card, you need to register on the “State Services” portal, create an account, download the “State Services Culture” application and confirm the issue. To obtain a plastic option, you can contact the flagship offices of VTB or Bank's post office.
Pushkin map is available to young people aged 14 to 22 years inclusive. The state annually transfer a subsidy in the amount of 5 thousand rubles to it, which is allowed to use only tickets for cultural events – trips to theaters, museums and concerts. At the same time, up to 2 thousand rubles from the amount can be spent on cinema.
Since 2026, the Bank-operator of this program will be VTB. Users of the Pushkin card can now apply for it to issue it to the bank in order to continue to buy tickets as part of the program from January 1, 2026.
By the end of this year, you can apply for the issue of the card through the “State Services Culture” application, the application of the bank, as well as in the flagship client centers of VTB and the Bank's Post. Already issued cards will work unchanged until December 31, 2025.
From January 1, 2026, an application for issuing a card can be submitted through the “State Service Culture” applications and the VTB Bank mobile application, as well as personally in the bank offices from January 12. If it is necessary to receive a plastic card, it can also be issued in the office.
Alexander Pakhomov, Deputy President of the VTB board, noted that the Pushkin map is a unique social project aimed at popularizing culture among young people. He emphasized that the bank’s task is to ensure the most comfortable and uninterrupted transition of the project from the Bank's post office to VTB, adding that the submission of the application takes no more than a minute.
