In Krasnoyarsk, the director of the commercial company will go on trial on suspicion of fraud during road repairs.
The regional investigation was reminded that in April 2023 a commercial company, which is headed by a 39-year-old man, signed an agreement with the administration of the Leninsky district to repair the courtyard territories on the streets of 26 Baku commissars, Amur, Volgogradskaya, Izmailov, Volzhinskaya, Michurin, Moscow, Stevchenko, as well as the newspaper Krasnoyarsk worker”.

In October 2023, the contractor reported on the implementation of the total volume of work, he paid 10 million rubles.
“Acting from selfish motives, a fraudulent way of the accused provided the administration of the Leninsky district of Krasnoyarsk obviously fake testing protocols for asphalt samples, according to which the coating complyed with the requirements of state standards. At the same time, laboratory tests of the quality of asphalt concrete coating were not carried out, ”the investigative department explained.
At the same time, the repair work carried out on the streets of Sportivnaya and Shevchenko did not actually meet the requirements of current regulatory and technical documents, the terms of the contract and were not payable from the customer. After checking the road surface in the areas of Sportivnaya and Shevchenko streets, it was established that the asphalt does not meet the requirements of GOST regarding the thickness and volume of the coating. The total cost of poor -quality work amounted to more than 940 thousand rubles.
On this fact, a criminal case was opened under Part 3 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (a large -scale fraud committed). To reimburse the damage to the company owned by the director, the car was arrested. He himself is in custody.
The criminal case was sent to the prosecutor's office to approve the indictment and subsequent sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
