In second place, when it comes to assessments of taxi drivers, Germany ranks (there 26 percent has the highest number of stars), and the podium closes Great Britain with a result of 16 percent.
The test is based on the internal data of the Freenow by Lyft platform.
The platform also told how we most often use taxi services. In 2025, Poles most often used taxi on weekends (almost 25 % of all Freenow courses) and at night (over 40 %). The most frequently chosen collection point in Poland is the Chopin Airport in Warsaw.

The platform announces that on the occasion of the taxi driver's day it will double tips.
“On the occasion of the upcoming Taxi Driver's Day, celebrated in Poland on August 30, we will double the values of all tips donated on this day by passengers, which means that Freenow will add the second to the final payment of each driver. Tips always go completely to the pocket of drivers – Freenow does not download from this amount of commission. We therefore encourage passengers to reward drivers with this small gesture.” Urban, managing director of Freenow in Poland.
