List of public warnings KNF. New entities were added to it

Domking Capital LTD and unidentified persons using the platform called “Blitz Finance” were included in the list of public warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority – said the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on Friday.

The new entities are Domking Capital LTD, operating through the Domkingcapitalltd websites. Com and Domking-Capital. com. In turn, unidentified people using the platform called “Blitz Finance” – as KNF said – operate through the Blitz365Finance website. org.

As the Commission indicated, notifications were sent to the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw about suspected a crime from the Act on trading in financial instruments.

The list of warnings conducted by the PFSA is a set of entities in relation to which the Commission reports a notification of suspicion of committing a crime. The purpose of the list of public warnings is to alert the society and business entities about the need to exercise greater caution during contacts with these entities.
