Long -suffering house on Bograd, 114 officially recognized as emergency and subject to demolition.
A document signed by the head of the Department of Municipal Economy and Transport Dmitry Bezruki was published on the city hall’s website on August 19. The administration did not report the deadlines of resettlement and other details.
Recall that in July, next to the first entrance of the five-story building, the soil failed, because of which 20 apartments had to be settled. The specialist decided to strengthen the foundation of the building using piles made of concrete, as well as additionally support the transverse internal walls.
Then the acting The head of the city, Alexei Shuvalov, demanded work as soon as possible so that people could return home as soon as possible. The contractor promised to complete everything by September.
However, on August 14, the interdepartmental commission made a conclusion on the need to demolish the building. There were no other details from the city hall.
