Meteorologists have issued two alerts for the capital, one of the heat and a second severe weather, valid until Friday evening.
Until 21:00, the municipality of Bucharest will be under the incidence of a yellow code aimed at the heat and thermal discomfort, but also under one of atmospheric instability, according to ANM.
On Friday, the weather will be kept heat, with high thermal discomfort. The maximum temperature will be around 35 degrees, and the temperature-humidity index (ITU) will exceed the critical threshold of 80 units.
The degree of atmospheric instability will be raised in the afternoon and evening when there will be periods with accentuated clouds, wind intensifications, vijections (rags of 50… 70 km/h), electric discharges and showers that will also have a torrential character (5… 10 l/sqm, isolated over 15 l/sqm). Hail falls will be possible. The minimum thermal will be 16 … 18 degrees.
