Marinade recipe

  • 30 g of salt;
  • 50 g of sugar;
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar;
  • 1 liter of water.

Cooking

  1. Prepare the head of corn for conservation.
  2. Separate the grains from heads in any convenient way.
  3. Boil the grains in boiling will for five minutes.
  4. Transfer corn into cold water.
  5. Prepare the marinade by dissolving salt and sugar in water.
  6. Fill corn to banks and pour with marinade. Add apple cider vinegar.
  7. Close the jars with lids. Place the banks either in an autoclave for 40 minutes or in a pan for 50 minutes. Banks should be completely covered with water.
