The police named the number of drunk drivers caught over the past weekend in Krasnoyarsk.
Over two days off, traffic police inspectors detained 42 drunk drivers in the regional center. Among the violators were 11 people without rights and 3 who caused the accident. 6 motorists had previously been brought to administrative responsibility for drunk driving.
Administrative charges were drawn up against the violators for driving while intoxicated. Now those who enjoy drunk driving face a fine of 45 thousand rubles, as well as deprivation of the right to drive for up to 2 years.
Drivers who repeatedly drive while intoxicated will face criminal liability.
