“We discussed the situation on the battlefield, our strong diplomatic possibilities – Ukraine and all of Europe together with America. Russia can be forced to peace only with strength, and President Trump has such strength. We have to do everything properly to make peace really occur. Thank you!” – emphasized Zielnski after meeting Kellogg in Washington.
Thanking Kellogg for the conversation, the President of Ukraine pointed out that the Polish meeting planned for the evening in Washington is “very serious”. “President Trump invited Ukraine and other European countries to Washington today. This is the first time such a format of the meeting – very serious” – he wrote in social media.
Zelanski emphasized that talks about peace in Europe concern all countries of the continent. “When it comes to peace for someone in Europe, it is all in Europe. We are ready to continue to work maximally productively to end the war and guarantee security reliably. These are key matters” – he noted.
