At the initiative of the Krasnoyarsk prosecutor’s office, the carrier of the crew GO LLC was brought to administrative responsibility for the use of faulty buses.

During the fire, no one was injured, the passengers were evacuated from the cabin on their own.
“The audit showed that the cause of the fire was the bursting hose from which the oil flowed. It also turned out that the carrier's buses regularly went on routes with a whole set of faults, which, according to the rules, were to go not on the line, but for repair“, – said in the prosecutor's office.
The agency made the carrier a submission with a demand to eliminate the violation and initiated an administrative case under part 2 of Art. 12.31 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (inThere is a line on the line of a vehicle that has a malfunction with which operation is prohibited). The elimination of violations is under control.
Note, LLC “Crew GO” serves Krasnoyarsk routes No. 2, 7 and 71. For the identified violations to officials responsible for the technical condition and operation of buses, A fine of 5,000 to 8,000 rubles threatens.
